Muffins:

While there are limitless possibilities for creating muffins, here are a few sample recipes:

Pineapple Muffins: Mix 1 Cup Green batter, ½ Cup Crushed Pineapple, ½ Cup Shredded Coconut, ¼ Cup Dried Tropical Fruit, and 1 Egg. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

Apple-Oat Muffins: Mix 1 Cup Plain batter, 2 Grated Apples, ½ Cup Oats, Pinch of Cinnamon, and 1 Egg. Prepare crumble to add as a topping with Butter, Brown sugar, Gluten Free Flour, Gluten Free Oats. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

Walnut Muffins: Mix 1 Cup Carrot batter, ½ cup Crushed Pineapple, ½ cup Walnuts and 1 Banana. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and bake for 15 minutes.

Idlys:

Pour batter into a small shallow bowls or Idly templates. Steam for 15 minutes in a steamer. Enjoy delicious fluffy Idlys. Please see our Instagram page for a step by step process.

Pancakes:

Many types of pancakes can be created with the batters - both sweet and savory. Heat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Scoop the batter onto the griddle, using approximately 1/4 cup for each pancake. Brown on both sides and serve hot. Add desired toppings before or after cooking.

Dosas:

Transfer a cup of the batter into a bowl and add a spoonful of water to thin. Using a ladle, scoop batter onto a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium heat. Starting at the center, move the ladle out in an outward spiral, spreading the batter out thinly. Brown on both sides and serve hot.
